Population Health Management Meets Value-Based Care: Sustainable Business Models for Optimized Healthcare Services

8. November 2022, 14:3018:30

Satellite Event to the European Public Health Conference 2022 in Berlin in cooperation with the European Forum for Primary Care (EFPC) and the European Public Health Association – Section Health Services Research (EUPHA-HSR)

In our Satellite Event to the European Public Health Conference 2022 in Berlin we would like to explore the connections between population health management and value-based care in order to improve healthcare outcomes. How do we align population health measures with value-based care models? What kind of indicators are suitable to measure positive patient outcomes? And how do we ensure sustainable financing? We are looking forward to contributions by Prof. em. Dr. Jan De Maeseneer (Ghent University) and Prof. Dr. Joanna Lane (Stichting Health ClusterNET).
